As a busy college student with a full time job first thing in the morning it sure is stressful to get out of bed and make sure I look good for the rest of the day. I can only imagine being a mom and having to also get your kids ready for school. Just not having a lot of time for yourself to get ready for the rest of your day. Luckily establishing a morning beauty routine will help you feel more pulled together, and help your mornings run much smoother. Enjoying beautiful mornings every day of the week. I enjoy waking up and knowing I have everything planned. So I can get out of the house right on time to make it to work without a rush. Check out some of these beauty routines that work.

1)The night before the beautiful morning

The more you do the night before the less you have to do in the morning. Simple as that If you know you have a hard time picking out an outfit try figuring out your outfit before you head to bed. That way in the morning when you wake up it’s already there and it’s one less thing you have to worry about. ALSO, check your calendar before going to bed you might have an important appointment that you DO NOT want to rush to. This will help you know what you have to face in the morning and not be completely stressed about it.

2)WATER=ENERY AND BEAUTY

A glass of water before you start your day can immediately make you feel 100 times better. You’ll feel clear-headed and energetic. Being dehydrated can cause you to feel fatigue, and muscle weakness water will give you the energy you need throughout your busy day. Water can also keep your skin looking amazing, keeping it fresh and glowing.

3)Early bird

As much as we all wish for those extra 10 minutes in bed in the morning when the alarm rings, a jump-start to your day can make your mornings so much easier. This can be time for yourself, maybe the only time you will enjoy with some peace and quiet. So use it, this is that extra time to do your hair or your makeup. This even gives you some time to stretch in the morning or meditate.

4)Bright teeth, happy smile

            Brushing your teeth is oh so very important. This not only gets rid of your bad morning breath but also gives you extra confidence. Enough to flash a smile to everyone in the morning. Bright teeth are so important. I use coconut oil to rinse my mouth and they have made my teeth a lot brighter and it makes me so much more confident!

5)FACE

SIMPLE MAKEUP! That is all that you really need, no need to spend extra time on makeup. A tinted moisturized works well as cover up and can applied super-fast. Next,

  • Apply eyeliner, curl lashes and mascara
  • Pretty pink blush
  • Lip color or lip-gloss

And you’re ready for the day!
